POLICY FOR PROTECTION OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The personal data we collect and process from you is about your physical identity (names, PIN, address, e-mail address, telephone, identity documents, date of birth, age and signature).
We receive the data when concluding and executing contracts for supplies of goods (spare parts for heavy machinery), procedures for executing public procurement contracts and during warranty service of delivered goods.
We declare that the personal data we collect will be used only for processing the request, concluding and executing the contracts.
The reason that gives us the right to process your data is compliance with legal requirements for accounting under the Accounting Act, VAT and interest in identifying customers and employees of contractors when concluding contracts and their implementation – Article 6. , §1 b. “c” and b. “c” of Regulation 2016/679.
The following public authorities and individuals will receive your personal data: NRA, competent authorities for the purpose of preventing, investigating, detecting or prosecuting crimes or enforcing penalties, including the prevention and prevention of threats to public security; other third parties in case of assignment of receivables under contracts.
The purpose of data processing is to identify customers and establish trade relations for the company’s activities for the supply of goods for heavy machinery in Bulgaria.
After providing the data, you can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time after the fulfillment of your obligations under the concluded contracts.
Refusal to process your data is legal before the implementation of the contract has begun and leads to the impossibility of concluding it.
Your data is stored within the time limits provided by law – 5 years from the date of performance of the contract, respectively the completion of all court proceedings for recovery of receivables.
Your data is not passed on to third countries or international organizations.
Children’s data – information about children is not processed regarding our contracts for the supply of goods.
At any time while storing or processing your personal data, you have the following rights: refusal to process, a copy of your personal data and the right to access your personal data at any time; data transfer; correct, without undue delay, your inaccurate personal data as well as data that are no longer up to date; deletion in the presence of any of the following grounds:
- personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were collected;
- when the processing is illegal or the term for their processing has expired;
- objection to processing data for other purposes – marketing, for example;
- restriction of processing;
- explanations for violations of the data protection regime;
- right to compensation and judicial protection.
The personal data processed in regard to the processing of individual requests will be used only for the purposes of exercising these rights. In this regard, personal data may be provided to third parties only if provided by law.
A request for the exercise of your rights is available at the company’s office.
You have the right to seek clarification of your rights from each employee of the company and from the data protection officer.
The company has taken organizational and technical measures for personal data protection, described in detail in the Company’s personal data protection policy.
Your correspondence with NESI Ltd.
If you respond to us by email, mail or other form of communication, we may retain such correspondence and the information contained therein and use it to respond to your inquiry; to inform you about conferences, publications or other services of “NESI” Ltd .; or to maintain a complaint report, accommodation request and the like. As always, if you want NESI Ltd. to “delete” your personal information or otherwise not contact you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: If you ask NESI Ltd. not to contact you by email at a specific email address, the company will keep a copy of this email address in its “do not send” list in order to comply with your request.

Note: this Transparency Policy regulates the obligations of NESI Ltd. in the supply of goods for heavy machinery. In order to fulfill its obligations as a supplier of goods within the meaning of the Commercial Law, the company processes personal data provided by the administrators (buyers of goods), such as the type, terms of storage and other conditions of the registers are carried out by the administrators.
